Zach entered the accounting field in 2017 and joined the Blackman & Sloop team in 2019. He currently serves as a business advisory associate, responsible for handling daily accounting needs for the firm’s pharmacy industry clients, as well as preparing their monthly financials.
On the outside, Zach is serious and quiet, but those who spend time with him quickly see his funny side emerge. He is a hard worker who strives to give his best effort in everything that he does. Zach chose to pursue a career in accounting because of the job security that it provides and due to a life-long love of numbers. He credits his success in the field to the strong support of his family.
Raised in Pikeville, North Carolina, Zach currently lives in Cary with his dog, Luke. He enjoys the area because it offers convenience to everything he needs. As often as he has the time, Zach likes to visit his family back home. His hobbies include golfing and cheering on the Carolina Panthers.
